Dehydration Issue

Twice in the last 5 months as an official I focused more on the competition, the officials working the event, and not on taking care of myself. Both times worked me into dehydration and a visit to the ER. I put a Hydra Patch on before every meet I work now to help keep electrolytes going into my system and of course keeping myself hydrated. I highly recommend this product.

Great product

My daughter uses these for golf tournaments, especially in the hot months. It's a fantastic way to stay properly hydrated, basically without having to think about it. We've also used them after illnesses, and during the arid winter months. They have proven beneficial for the whole family for varying reasons.
