GREAT for mountain biking!

Used a patch on 2, 15 mile, 2.5 hour mountain bike rides. Felt energized AND reached for my water bottle MUCH less frequently, which for an MTBer is a godsend! It means less stopping on trails and being able to keep two hands on the handlebars at all times (plus my water bottle gets dirty af in the woods lol). Thank you HydraPatch!

I Absolutely Love the Product!!

I've been using the vitamin and hydration patch from HydraPatch® during my long shifts at the hospital, and it's been a lifesaver. As a healthcare professional, staying energized and hydrated is crucial, and this patch delivers on both fronts. It's incredibly convenient to use—just stick it on arm, and you're good to go for the entire shift. I've noticed a significant boost in my energy levels and overall well-being since I started using it.

The patch releases a steady stream of essential vitamins and hydration, which helps me stay focused and alert throughout the day. I no longer feel the mid-shift slump that used to hit me hard. The patch is discreet and comfortable to wear and if you do decide that you want to wear it out, it's a cool blue color. I also appreciate that it doesn't irritate my skin.

Must have for Half/Full Marathons!

I used the hydra-patch during my San Antonio Half Marathon and it did not disappoint. My performance was on point and kept me hydrated for 90% of my race. While I didn’t PR but I conquered a feat with a lot of steep hills.

This patch is part of my regimen for all of my Half Full marathons.

Can’t race without them!

As someone who struggles with hydration with multiple auto immune diseases and a vice president of my local triathlon club and a trail runner myself- I won’t race or complete long runs without a HydraPatch ever again!
