Easy to use, helps hydration through the day.

I've had dehydration issues for some time. I drink plenty of water, but a certified sports nutrionist has determined that I am a "salty sweater" and require more electrolytes and other nutrients than just water to maintain proper hydration while racing. (Living and running in Arizona doesn't help!). I'm always in search of the best solution to my hydration problem. I think my search is finally over! I gave HydraPatch a trial during a recent 10k race and I felt amazing! I have a half marathon coming up in a few months and I expect similar results! By the way-the customer service is top notch too!

Can you use them again if you don’t use them for the full 8 hours . Like 4 hours one day and another 4 on the next day ?

This product is absolutely amazing and revolutionary. After reading the reviews I wanted to try this out for myself, my son and my mother. I bought a 10 patch box firstly and we all tried them. We all used them overnight, while sleeping and the next morning felt a big difference. So I ordered the monthly subscription and use them for myself and my son. My son has chronic health conditions and mornings are very hard for him as well as dehydration. He feels an 80% improvement which is AWESOME. I personally find the best location for the patch is on the shoulder, not sure why but I feel more benefit from it compared to the other locations they recommend! Bonus is it smells really nice too. It adheres really well, haven't had any issues with it coming off. Highly recommend the hydra-patch

This product is great! I have multiple chronic illnesses and it was just like getting IV fluids but without the pain. I felt rejuvenated and refreshed the next day! Just wish it was a little cheaper! Cannot thank hydra patch enough!!

I feel like I never “hit the wall” anymore. I recently ran a marathon in Vegas. The starting temp at 5a was 72. It was 88 and climbing when I finished. I felt great! I recommend it for long distances.

For my condition, I have to drink ideally 2 L of water and get 2x the electrolytes as a normal person. This is difficult due to other symptoms like nausea and my body not being able to absorb the things that it needs from water, which is why I’m told to drink so much. Even with IV treatments once a week I was still dehydrated and it was expensive. Other methods are good too, but not right for me personally. I skeptical at first because it seemed too easy. But I started using the patch during a flare up and the next morning I woke up early, hydrated, with more energy, and less foggy headed. I stay hydrated the whole day and I just focus on drinking water. I think this is perfect for athletes or people with chronic illness who requires the extra electrolytes. My cardiologist was even impressed. It is pricey, but a months worth is about the same as a single IV infusion, so if you need it it does pay off. May not be perfect for everyone but it’s worth a try.
