I absolutely love them, I have POTS/Epilepsy/ADHD/eds, and this helped with all of them, no spazzing out or fainting, no joint pain, no chronic fatigue all weekend. Used a patch Thursday to see how it went (first time wearing it) and felt better than usual, used one Friday while driving to the beach and didn't feel tired after the drive at all, and wore one Saturday while hiking and felt great. Felt good the way home on Sunday, and til around the following Thursday. You could totally wear one every 3-4 days for "maintenance" to supplement your usual hydration.

I am a repeat customer. I have used HydraPatch for all of my endurance events recently - ultra runs and long course triathlons. I put them in my drop bag or special needs bags to switch out mid-race. They’re great, and help when mentally hydrating slips my mind.

The patches are amazing and they really help! Unfortunately they leave a tear shape mark on my arm for many days after use and they do have a smell so it can be hard on work days to wear. The positives do out way the negatives and have reordered.

I suffer from dry mouth while I sleep due to my medications, and this patch helped me tremendously throughout the night. The only drawback is, yes it works but I cannot justify spending $100 every 10 days for more patches. If they were more affordable, it'd be a subscription item probably.

Patch was great but price for three was too high

I thought it worked wonderfully! Great hydration and energy. The problem after using 2 -both in forearms, i received a rash-not from tape but from the ingredients.

I have worn the patch the past 3 marathons and all three I have received a Boston Qualifier time!!!! I have completed 22 marathons and never expected to be able to get faster. I love this product and will continue to wear it and tell more about it!!!!

I have been using hydra patch either during or after really intense sessions (see photo) also when I have airplane travels and adjusting to new time zones. It is by far the best recovery tool I am using at the moment, the next day I feel better and it is confirmed by all my wearables. Love the product!

I heard about HydraPatch just before my last Ragnar (Bourbon Chase 2024) I struggle with staying hydrated enough during these long relays & figured I would give this a try. I am a flat road 5-8mile 9minute pace runner & in the mountains of Kentucky my 3 legs were 12.4, 4.2, & 10.6 & even with the elevation, sunshine, heat, & lack of sleep I managed a 9:30min/mi average over 27.2miles in less than 24 hours!! And I felt GREAT! I attribute that to the addition of HydraPatch to my regimen!!

Running long distance with and without this is definitely different! I appreciate being able to have this to supplement my hydration and body! Quality ingredients! Nothing else is on the market that even compares!
