Refund policy
All tournament registrations are considered final once accepted into the HydraPatch® Soccer Invitational. Due to scheduling, field reservations, staffing, officiating, and international travel coordination, refunds will not be issued after acceptance unless the event is canceled by tournament management.
If a team withdraws before June 15, 2026, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2026.
Tournament management reserves the right to make scheduling and operational adjustments as necessary to ensure the best experience for all participating teams.
Weather Policy
The HydraPatch® Soccer Invitational is a rain-or-shine event. Matches may continue during light rain and normal summer weather conditions.
In the event of severe weather, lightning, unsafe field conditions, or other circumstances that could impact player safety, tournament officials may delay, suspend, relocate, or cancel matches at their discretion.
Every effort will be made to complete all scheduled matches whenever possible. Safety of players, coaches, officials, and spectators will always remain the top priority.
Age Groups
The tournament will feature competitive youth and international soccer divisions across multiple age groups.
Additional age brackets and competitive levels may be announced as international participation and final registrations are confirmed.
Teams must provide valid player documentation upon request. Tournament management reserves the right to verify player eligibility at any time.
Check-in time
Team check-in will begin on Thursday, July 24, 2026, at Madison University campus facilities.
All teams are encouraged to arrive at least 90 minutes prior to their first scheduled match. Teams must complete registration verification, roster confirmation, and credential pickup before participating.
Detailed check-in locations, parking information, and campus maps will be provided closer to the event date.
Game Duration
Match durations may vary slightly by age group and tournament format.
Standard match format is expected to include:
• Two 30-minute halves for younger divisions
• Two 40-minute halves for older and international divisions
A short halftime break will be provided between periods. Tournament officials reserve the right to adjust match timing based on weather, scheduling, and operational needs.
Roster Limits
Teams are encouraged to maintain competitive but manageable roster sizes to support player safety and tournament flow.
Expected roster limits:
• 11v11 division: Maximum 20 players
All roster submissions must be finalized prior to tournament check-in unless otherwise approved by tournament management.
Payment Deadline
Tournament registration payments must be received in full to secure participation.
Initial deposits may be required upon acceptance, with final balances due no later than July 1, 2026. Teams that fail to complete payment by the deadline risk forfeiting their tournament placement.
International teams requiring special accommodations should contact tournament management directly.

Due to anticipated demand and limited field availability, teams are encouraged to register early. International participation and travel logistics may also affect availability.
