I've been using HydraPatch as a necessary part of marathon training for over a year. Fall marathons are great come race day, but the hot and humid summer training can and will take it out of you. I feel significantly better during and after long training runs when I use my HydraPatch. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Even though they are facing challenges right now w/ shipping, pre-order! Customer service is 5 stars, and the wait will DEFINITELY be worth it!

I have tested the hydrapatch in 2 long training sessions and can say its a great addition to help maintain nutrition, especially in the heat/humidity!

Tried out the Hydrapatch on several long, hot, sweaty bike rides and was pleased with the results. Helped me from feeling overly drained and thirsty throughout my rides, which is something I've struggled with in the past. Got home and immediately ordered more!

My son has difficulty giving blood and because of medical conditions he has to do it regularly. He hydrates a lot in the preceding days but it’s still not enough to make the process easy so I’m always on the lookout for ways to help. I came across the HydraPatch and figured we would give it a try. We’ve used it for his last few blood draws and it has reduced the number of sticks it takes to find his vein. So not a miracle cure but it has definitely helped and he wants to continue using them.

I have been using HydraPatch for a few months now and have been presently surprised on how easy they are to attach. I was a bit questionable on how well they would work and again I have been presently surprised. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Used during mid 90 degree heat...no cramping while playing tennis! Oral hydration remained the same.

Okay I have one test ride under my belt with hydrapatch. I rode my longest ride of the year 52 miles in the heat and humidity of Louisiana, which is brutal!! I would normally take along with me for a ride of this distance at least 15 electrolyte tabs and at least 6-8 salt chews. I put on one patch. Before I left I did take 2 electrolyte tabs and one salt chew. I took 62 oz of an electrolyte replacement mixture 25 oz bladder of water one 28 0z bottle of electrolyte mixture and one 17oz water bottle with and hydration packet. I had about a gallon of water total on my ride. I should have prefaced this with I am a lifelong cramper quads, hams and calves. I never had as much as a twinge or hint of an oncoming cramp. To me this product is absolutely lived up to and exceeded my expectations! I only bought a three pack to test the product. I will definitely place a large order. I do believe that I have finally found the solution to my leg cramps. coming off the bike in triathlons is really hard on the quads and I had no problems. That was a nice change!!

I have worn the patch the past 3 marathons and all three I have received a Boston Qualifier time!!!! I have completed 22 marathons and never expected to be able to get faster. I love this product and will continue to wear it and tell more about it!!!!

Used this on vacation as I have a chronic medical condition that impacts my ability to intake water and was worried I was going to be dehydrated more so than usual. It worked fantastic! I was able to be active and didn’t feel dehydrated. I’ve been adding them in to my daily routine now since they worked so well!

I have been using hydra patch either during or after really intense sessions (see photo) also when I have airplane travels and adjusting to new time zones. It is by far the best recovery tool I am using at the moment, the next day I feel better and it is confirmed by all my wearables. Love the product!

I had one of my best runs so far in training. Every weekend I usually have to stop 2–3 times to stretch or because I start feeling lightheaded. But this was the first time since running 3 miles that I was able to complete the entire distance without stopping once, and I kept my mile pace under 11 minutes, which is my usual goal. I’ll definitely be using it for all my long runs moving forward!
