I ride with groups in three different locations. Cape Cod during the summer, Florida and LA in the winter.

I used the hydra-patch during my San Antonio Half Marathon and it did not disappoint. My performance was on point and kept me hydrated for 90% of my race. While I didn’t PR but I conquered a feat with a lot of steep hills.

I've done one long 4 hour bike ride with the HydraPatch, indoors, so I sweated quite a bit. I seemed to have more energy with the patch. I felt it more afterwards. I didn't feel as drained like I normally do after riding that long and sweating that much.
