HydraPatch is great. I have always been the type of person that forgets during the day at work to drink water. This is ideal for me as many times I get caught up in the whirlwind at workband forget to hydrate. Obviously, it is great for athletes and traveling. But it really is great for everyday usage and staying hydrated throughout the day.. personally, I will continue to use the patches and highly recommend others to try.

The Hydra Patch has become an essential part of our tournament-day routine. My daughter plays competitive lacrosse in the summer — often six games in high temps — so staying hydrated and cramp-free is a constant challenge. Since adding Hydra Patch to our protocol (hydrate, eat smart between games, stretch, and apply the patch), she hasn’t had a single issue with muscle cramps or dehydration.

The only complaint: the patch can stain. We usually place it in the middle of her back, and it did leave a mark on one of her good sports bras. Still, it’s been a game-changer for recovery and performance, and we now use it even during fall ball!

I discovered Hydro Patch at the 2023 New York City Marathon and it’s been glued to my race-day routine ever since. I run half marathons and fulls, and this little patch keeps me feeling steady—energized and hydrated—without the sloshy stomach or constant cup grabs.

Biggest win? Fewer bathroom breaks and fewer hydration-station stops, which has shaved real time off my races. It’s easy to apply, stays put through sweat and humidity, and lets me sip strategically instead of chugging. I still take in some fluids, but Hydro Patch smooths everything out so I can focus on pace, not porta-potties.

This patch smells like a pickle and hydrates like crazy. I have POTS, dysautonomia, Sjorgrens, hypothyroidism, and a spinal cord injury. My energy levels are very low and I dehydrate easily. This patch has given me the chance to be more active outside of my home. Life needs to be lived and HydraPatch has given me more life to live. I’ll be 63 in December and I want to live better.

I'm writing a follow up review to the one I wrote back in February 2025. My son plays Academy level soccer and had been complaining of getting cramps during his soccer games. I initially bought a 3 pack, then a 10 pack and most recently a 30 pack. My son has now started to wear a patch at bedtime after a very strenuous game to see what his recovery would be like. It has been everything he (and I) have hoped for. No more cramping after tough games and still no cramping during games. We did notice a pattern of cramping when he has forgotten to wear a patch. Now, every game he plays he is wearing a HydraPatch. No more cramping and you can tell his level of confidence rising knowing that he has a patch on. I am notorious for under hydrating during training runs and rides. Since I have started incorporating Hydra Patch’s into my long training events I have had less fatigue and no cramping even during summer training! I know I know .. drink water! But for those who forget or who don’t like adding items to their bottles cause they are afraid of the gut punch … this is a great alternative!

I've been using HydraPatch as a necessary part of marathon training for over a year. Fall marathons are great come race day, but the hot and humid summer training can and will take it out of you. I feel significantly better during and after long training runs when I use my HydraPatch. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Even though they are facing challenges right now w/ shipping, pre-order! Customer service is 5 stars, and the wait will DEFINITELY be worth it!
